  • Sorry, not at this time (hopefully someday). We are currently an online store only.

  • If you are outside the state of Minnesota, we are not required to collect and pay your state’s sales tax, so you can submit your order through the online store. If you are within the state of Minnesota and you are tax exempt, please email us your certificate of exemption (MN-ST3) and a list of the items you would like to order (or a screenshot of your cart), and we will send you an invoice to pay from.   • First don’t give up and always feel free to reach out to us. You can first try a different computer or a different browser. Restart your computer or phone. If you are still having trouble, please send us an email at info@oldcedarnativearts.com. Include the following information:

    1. A list of the items and quantities that you would like to order or a screenshot of your cart.

    2. Your billing and shipping address.

    3. Tell us how you would like your order shipped. Usually customers choose between USPS Ground (economy rate — the charge depends on the weight of your package) or USPS Priority ($12.50 - $17.00 depending on your location).

  • Absolutely! If you need to make a change to your order, you can fill out the contact us form or leave us a voicemail at 651-347-7433 and we will get back to you.

  • Every product that we list on our online shop should be in stock and ready to ship except for the occasional inventory glitch. When the last item is sold, the website automatically updates and gives you the option to be added to a waitlist instead of adding the item to your cart.

  • Not everything we stock will be reordered necessarily. If you would like to purchase a particular item that is sold out, please get in touch with us via our contact us form or call us and we will tell you if we plan to reorder or if we can special order.

  • Yes, on your second order you can indicate in the special instructions field that you would like to combine orders. You can also reach out to us using our contact us form or call us.

  • We can email you return postage to mail the item back to us. You can request a refund or exchange. Please note international customers must pay for their own return postage.

  • We are an eco-conscious and human health conscious company, so we use recyclable paper packing supplies as much as possible. There are rare, special circumstances when we do use plastic. For instance, during extremely hot weather, we package our temperature sensitive products such as our salves and lotions in metalized plastic bubble insulation with a cool pack. Please note we are a retail store so we usually do not handle the packaging of products to ready them for display as merchandise.

  • Yes we do! We charge $3.00 per package for our gift wrapping service. You can also request a gift message, and our gift boxes for jewelry are free. Please indicate at checkout if you would like a gift box or gift message.

  • We do! The best way to receive discounts is to subscribe to our e-newsletter. You may also receive discount notifications through our facebook and instagram pages. Please follow us @oldcedarnativearts. Another place to look for discounts is to check out our “on sale” category at the top of each section of our online store.

  • If you want to commission a piece from a particular artist, please reach out to us and we will contact the artist for you, or we will get permission from the artist to give out their contact information.

  • No, we only buy directly from Native American artists.

  • No, we are not trained in art appraisal.

  • No, we do not offer art framing.
